Introduction

Honor Bound fit

Mission

Honor Bound FIT forges warrior-athletes and leaders through relentless strength and mobility training and character development.

Owned by combat veterans, our gym is a laboratory for personal growth and a hub for community resilience. We prioritize discipline, wellness, and longevity, focusing on injury prevention and peak performance.

Every session pushes toward excellence; every community event and fundraiser is a mission to serve.

Story

We are three "community owned veterans" who believe "the ladder of excellence extends to eternity" and "happiness is built on a foundation of gratitude and purpose."

"We're not selling gym memberships. We're building a community that believes volunteering is just as good for the soul as a great leg day and success looks a lot like consistent hard work, real food, and intentional living."

Founders Keith Linde, Rich Brown, and Andy Schneider are combat-service-disabled veterans and have been lifelong friends since teaching together at The Basic School on Marine Corps Base Quantico.

Location is everything (and Everywhere)

As we progress towards opening a brick-and-mortar home in Fredericksburg, we're utilizing low-tech, God-given equipment and embracing the outdoors. We occasionally drop-in to gyms around Fredericksburg when it's appropriate and necessary, but more often than not, you'll find us exercising the same way we did as kids: in parks and cul-de-sacs.

Fitness, Nutrition, Character

Our foundational program is a blend of high-intensity functional fitness and classic bodybuilding principles.

We provide our clients with the knowledge and motivation to feed their bodies healthy, performance-based meals designed to fuel their workouts while meeting their goals.

We strive to demonstrate the morality and ethics we desire to see in our members. We believe character discipline is just as important as physical health and living with virtue is essential to peaceful and prosperous lives.
