Our
Mission

Honor Bound FIT forges warrior-athletes and leaders through relentless strength and mobility training and character development.

Owned by combat veterans, our gym is a laboratory for personal growth and a hub for community resilience. We prioritize discipline, wellness, and longevity, focusing on injury prevention and peak performance.

Every session pushes toward excellence; every community event and fundraiser is a mission to serve.

Our
Story

We are three “community owned veterans” who believe “the ladder of excellence extends to eternity” and “happiness is built on a foundation of gratitude and purpose.”

“We’re not selling gym memberships. We’re building a community that believes volunteering is just as good for the soul as a great leg day and success looks a lot like consistent hard work, real food, and intentional living.”

Founders Keith LindeRich Brown, and Andy Schneider are combat-service-disabled veterans and have been lifelong friends since teaching together at The Basic School on Marine Corps Base Quantico.

Our
Values

It is the duty of all nations to acknowledge, obey,
and be grateful to almighty God.

The United States Constitution is the greatest
political document ever written.

A man’s most sacred duty is to
protect women and children.

The obstacle is the way.
Growth is found in suffering.

Children belong to their parents.

Good Friends have hard conversations.

Regardless of environment, circumstances,
and opposition: individuals are responsible
for their own attitudes, behavior, and outcomes.

Surround yourself with good people
who hold you accountable to your values,
goals, and commitments.

Relentlessly pursue the things you suck at
until today’s challenges are tomorrow’s warm-ups.

Compare yourself to who you were yesterday,
not to who someone else is today

Respect is given before it is earned.

Be useful.

Treat others not as you wish to be treated,
but how they wish to be treated.

Treat all people like individuals,
not obstacles or objectives.
