With 8 years of active duty service in the United States Marine Corps, including leading troops in combat overseas, advising foreign military and police, and teaching Marine Corps officers and officers of foreign militaries in subjects ranging from hand-to-hand combat to heavy weapon systems, leadership, and tactics, Brown’s passion for leadership and personal responsibility has served as the impetus to keep his business projects flourishing.

In addition to Honor Bound FIT, Rich leads Leftwich Global Protective Services, an executive protection business in Fredericksburg, VA. 

Rich’s main role at Honor Bound is business administration, compliance, and marketing. When he’s not protecting clients or getting fat behind a desk, you’ll find him in the squat rack or throwing weights like he’s mad at them.
